Whilst we do love it on the rocks, here’s a couple of cocktails we enjoy making with our Elijah Craig:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OLD FASHIONED<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • 2 oz. Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • .25 oz. Simple Syrup<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 3 dashes of Bitters<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Orange Swath<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Brandied Cherry (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    METHOD<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In a mixing glass, add bitters, simple syrup, Elijah Craig Small Batch, and ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain cocktail over a large ice cube in a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry and swath of orange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • 1.5 oz. Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 1 oz. PAMA\u2122<\/small>\u00a0Pomegranate Flavored Liqueur<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • .5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • .5 oz. Simple Syrup<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 2 dashes of Angostura\u00ae<\/small>\u00a0Bitters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      METHOD<\/p>\n\n\n\n
