Port & Tonic

100 ml White Port 
50 ml Tonic Water 

Method: Stir.

Garnish: Mint sprig, lime slice.

Glass: Large tumbler with ice.

50 ml Grapefruit Juice
100 ml Orange Juice

Method: Shake with ice, pour into glass.

Garnish: Grapefruit segments or flower.

60 ml Tawny Eyes
40 ml Guava Juice
15 ml Lime Juice (½ lime)1
bar spoon Agave
1 spoon Cream Cheese
100 ml Orange Juice

Method: Shake with ice, double strain.

Garnish: Rosemary sprig.

Glass: Cocktail glass.
