Ready Steady Go Kids, Australia’s largest physio-designed sports program for toddlers and preschoolers, is offering free Friday sessions at Meriton’s Pagewood Precinct until 12 December. These classes are normally part of a paid program, so it’s a rare chance for parents to trial the program at no cost.
The sessions are designed by paediatric physiotherapists and taught by accredited coaches, focusing on confidence, coordination, balance, early social skills and gentle movement. Children rotate through age-appropriate activities across sports like soccer, basketball, tennis and athletics, in a structured but pressure-free format where parents are welcome to join in.
The setting is also incredibly family-friendly, with three new playgrounds, pram-friendly paths, shaded rest areas and plenty of kid-friendly dining options, including Leaf Café, Johnny Gio’s, Kokoroya and C9 Gelato.
