This is a really interesting Pale Ale, from the Rocks Brewing Co. It starts with a citrus hit on your first mouthful, which develops into a delicious bitterness and malt finish. It’s a lot more complex than others on the market, but really tasty. It’s also a pale ale that you could enjoy a couple of without the flavour becoming bland. The Hangman Pale Ale is a real surprise and highly recommended. Cool retro-look label on the bottle too.
