Shared entrees on this decadent menu include Cured Scallops Carpaccio, Aged Prosciutto Salad and Southern Fried Chicken with basil, eschalot and chilli aioli.

Mum can then choose her main from a selection of tasty dishes including Grilled Beef Tenderloin with potato puree, sauteed Autumn mushrooms and black truffle jus, as well as the Pan fried Barramundi with hazelnut, almond and sesame seed crust or a Roasted Eggplant with Miso Glaze and Sauce Vierge.  Finish Mother’s Day with something sweet with a Crème Caramel with poached rhubarb and strawberries.
