The Fitness Show is once again returning in 2019, for its 14th year, bringing together some of the biggest fitspo celebrity names, plus fitness and wellness brands in Australia, under one roof, to promote the latest in fitness education, technology, health foods, sports nutrition, group fitness and fitness apparel.

High-profile talent announced so far that will be attending (and will be providing expert talks, workouts and meet and greets) include the likes of Ellice Whichello and Dann Conn, Rachael FinchKwame DuahSimeon PandaLuke HinesSophie Guidolin, and Calum Von Moger.

Australia as a nation continues to have a huge appetite for fitness, with research indicating that by 2022/23 the fitness industry revenue will grow to $2.4 billion[1]. The aim of the Fitness Show is to feed this appetite in a positive way, by creating a supportive and inclusive space, housing the best players in this sphere under one roof. It provides the opportunity for attendees to be inspired and educated about all things fitness and wellness related, by the best in their fields. It attracts not only industry professionals and hardcore fitness lovers, but now the mainstream audience too, who are keen to follow an active lifestyle and learn more.

The event will showcase the biggest trends that are continuing to emerge in the health and fitness world for 2019. These include wearable tech (tackling both your fitness and health), vegan and sustainable/ethical brands (which will continue to feature and gain in mainstream popularity), boutique fitness, group training and high intensity interval training, which will continue to become more prevalent in the fitness space.

To ensure it show appeals to its multi-faceted audience, the Fitness Show will be offering three different zones at the event:

Strength: All the effort combines in an epic workout you cannot miss in the Strength Zone. Push yourself to new levels as you meet the greatest bodybuilders and fitness influencers. Learn new splits, movements and discover the gains you’re going for in the ultimate weekend at the Fitness Show. Activations will include Muscle Beach, a fully equipped “Venice beach” style gym set, visitors will witness live workouts from some of the biggest names; Simeon PandaCalum Von Moger, and Marcus Bondi. The Muscle and Model Stage will be there once again (home to ICN championships), showcasing the best in natural muscle and sport modelling, who will battle it out on stage. Additionally, there will be a Powerlifting Arena, Calisthenics Playground, Body Science Arena (which will host a number of strength and conditioning workouts) and a Boxing Arena, sponsored by Corporate Fighter.

Active: Mindfulness, physical health, wellness and a bit of cheeky shopping combine in a perfect combination of kick-ass motivation in the Active Zone at the Fitness Show. It will include activations such as Fit-Fest Stage, sponsored by YoProwhich gives theopportunity to participate in or watch a workout led by a fitspo celebrity.
